We are working with them to develop products for the Pocher builders...such as; 2.0 mm Square Bolts for the Rolls Chassis and studs for the safety wire used on Alfas. We offer Threaded Hex and Carriage Bolts, Simulated Hex and Square Bolts, Washers, Nuts, and Rivets in brass, nickel plate or stainless steel. 2.0 mm Threaded Rod

Rubber Tubing
We have all suffered the disappointment of calcified rubber tubing! Even newer Pocher kits have problematic tubing. MML has been using shrink tubing for years…it’s thinner, easy to cut and looks prototypical (especially with our new Hose Clamps). After using other vendor’s Hose Clamps (Jubilee Clips to the British!), we decided to have our own photo-etched. They are prototypically accurate, properly sized both in length and thickness and have a matte finish. They are sold in cards of 12. Part No. Z045 $12.00 set of 12
Another Breakthrough from MML! Properly sized and shaped Valve Stems
After years of frustration with the Pocher supplied Valve Stems (the one on the left!)…we now have produced our own. A direct replacement, screws into the provided threaded hole and is cast in bronze. Part No. Z043 $10.00 set of six

POLYCARBONATE SHEET
After years of ignoring the agonized pleas of Pocher builders around the world, Model Motorcars finally proves that it is not deaf to their needs, only a little hard-of-hearing. Instead of glibly advising our customers to “use some polycarbonate for the windshield” we are now offering 12” x 6” sheet (0.040”) crystal clear polycarbonate, perfect fit for 3/32” brass channel. Not only is polycarbonate flatter, clearer and more scratch-resistant than the clear plastic that comes in the kit, but it is also easier to work with. Simply draw the shape you want onto the protective covering, score with a sharp knife, and snap over a sharp edge of a table. For tight curves, use a drum sanding bit in a motor tool, or file by hand. Our Model Motorcar Sanding Stick can polish the edges to look transparent—great for making door windows and Alfa windscreens. Part No.Z040 $5.00 per sheet
Finally, Correct 1930’s Style Ignition Wire
After more than a year of research and development, MMLtd contracted with a wire manufacturer to print the familiar “hash” marks (actually, the prototype was woven cloth). The results are stunning! The wire is the proper scale gauge, and it can be used on all Classic Pochers. Easy to retro-fit on already built models. Part No.Z038 3 feet for $5.00
MMLtd. Simulated Nuts Break into the Big-Time
Under the heading of “Too Much Is Never Enough” Andy Marks has sent us photos of our Simulated Nuts which he has used to enhance the transmission on a 2100-piece Promocom 1:8 1982 Ferrari 126C which he got from Brady Ward (http://www.scaleautoworks.com/Ferrari126C2.html). This demonstrates two things: 1. No matter how magnificent a kit may be, improvements can be made, and 2. Model Motorcars Ltd. will be there to help. We are delighted to add to the 18 pounds that this kit already weighs with our hefty Simulated Nuts (available in two sizes; get yours while they last!), and we find it totally appropriate that our “classic” fasteners have found their way onto a high-tech Ferrari.

Bronze Clevises
Available in pairs, these clevises are designed to work with the stock 2.0 mm brake rods in Pocher Alfa and RR kits. Great improvement for the highly visible Alfa and RR front axles; makes a nice addition to Bugatti shift linkage and the Mercedes hand brake linkage. Finally, no more struggling with over-size and awkward-to-use 2.0 mm slotted screws and the sheet-metal kit-supplied clevises which rarely line up right the first time. Our Bronze Clevises use either 2mm screws (Pocher) or 00-90 hex-head bolts which are included, and which are much easier to use.
